Introduction

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.The competition is being run by Creative International Adventures (UK) Limited (referred to henceforth as “C I Adventures”)

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to parents, guardians and grandparents. 

C I Adventures employees, family of C I Adventures employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.

The promotion will run until 11:59 pm on Thursday 22nd June 2023. Any entries made after this time will not be eligible.

The Prize

The winning prize will be a free place on one of the programmes for Halifax Holiday Club – Explorers, Explorers Extended or Extreme – for 1 day for 1 nominated child. The place will include a full day of activities on one of these programmes. 

The child must be between the ages of 6 and 14.

Food and drinks are not included in the prize – the child will need to bring in a packed lunch as per usual.

The prize does not extend to relatives/friends of the child, for example if the nominated child has a sibling who would like to attend on the same day, the sibling’s place will have to be paid for.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

The child’s place will be subject to Halifax Holiday Club Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

C I Adventures’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on Friday 23rd June 2023.

C I Adventures will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 10 business days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and C I Adventures reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

The winner of the competition will be announced on social media once the prize has been claimed by the winner. 

Delivery of the Prize

Once the winner has been successfully contacted, the winner will be asked to choose the date and programme for the nominated child. 

A booking form will be filled in by C I Adventures to secure the child’s place on the programme and the winner will receive an email confirming that the prize has been claimed. This will happen within 2 working days of the winner choosing the date and programme.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by C I Adventures for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. You are able to withdraw your information from the competition at any time by contacting C I Adventures on 01422 410727.

Limitation of Liability

C I Adventures accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

C I Adventures reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
